Established in 2019, by St. Petersburg natives and brothers Maxim & Sebastien Thuriere, the duo had visions of bringing a taste of their Haitian Caribbean heritage to the streets of Down Town St. Petersburg.

COPA has recently expanded! Now double in size, we’ve knocked down walls granting us the opportunity to curate a full service café, coffee shop, art gallery and event space; equipped with a full bar and kitchen offering the same great fusion of Latin American flavors from morning to evening.
Visit the new CAFÉ COPA and step into a tropical artisanal coffee shop offering breakfast & lunch sandwiches, fresh pastries, signature espresso creations & craft cocktails. Grab a coffee in the morning, work remotely in the afternoon or indulge in our late night lounge with craft cocktails and live entertainment. Open 6 days a week from 10am - until!

Reservations are not required, although we do offer a limited number of bookings during weekday Dinner Service through our online reservation platform. Our best recommendation is to call ahead for the most accurate availability & wait times if reservations do not appear available online.

In an effort to best serve all our guests during high volume periods, weekend reservations are not currently accepted. Please note that party sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 persons. We now offer “Minimum Spend” packages with little to no upfront cost to book! Make sure your dollars go towards the party instead of space rental!
