It started with a vision: to bring the flavors of our culture to the heart of St. Petersburg. Back in 2019, we opened our doors with one goal—to create a space where people could gather, eat well, and feel at home. Being raised here, this city is more than a location—it’s part of who we are. Every dish, every drink, every detail reflects that love.
Built from the ground up - and then some..
COPA first opened its doors in November 2019, just months before the world came to a halt during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the early challenges, we weathered the storm and quickly became a staple in St. Pete’s Edge District—celebrated for our bold flavors, vibrant energy, and commitment to community.
In spring 2024, we reached a major milestone: expanding into a neighboring unit and doubling our footprint. This growth gave rise to CAFE COPA—a sun-lit café by day, and a candle lit cocktail lounge by night.
What’s next for COPA?
