Big-table dining usually means a menu compromise. Ours doesn't. We've built a full list of banquet-style menu options - all of which are prepared, cooked, and served on site. Create a social style event with hors d'oeuvres, passed appetizers and shareables - or invite guests to help themselves to an elevated banquet style buffet.
