We’re proud to welcome back SABROSON Latin Jazz Quintet, one of the area’s most dynamic Latin jazz ensembles.
Featuring piano, bass, percussion, vocals and rotating guest musicians, SABROSON blends classic Latin favorites with original compositions and soulful arrangements rooted in Afro-Cuban tradition.
Expect an afternoon of Afro-Cuban rhythms, son, boleros, Latin jazz and Caribbean influences, delivered with the warmth, energy and authenticity that have made SABROSON a Sunday Jazz favorite at COPA.

SERVICE EXPERIENCE - Sunday Jazz is a full-service experience. Guests can enjoy full table service including dinner, entrées, tapas, craft cocktails, wine, beer and full bar service throughout the performances.
RESERVATIONS - To better accommodate our guests and reduce overcrowding, advance reservations are strongly encouraged for Sunday Jazz.
SELECT YOUR SESSION - Performances are now presented in two 90-minute seating sessions, giving guests more opportunity to experience the show. Guests may also choose to reserve both sessions for a FULL-DAY Jazz Experience.
LIMITED CAPACITY - Due to limited spacing, groups larger than eight(8) people are not permitted during live jazz. Additional seating and overflow dining space in our cafe and outdoor patio area.
We would like to remind our patrons that reservation charges and proceeds from food and beverage are what allow us to sustain this series. Your continued support helps us provide fair wages to the musicians, maintain the programming behind each week, and preserve the live music experience that has made Sunday Jazz at COPA so special
