Our full liquor bar offers a curated selection of specialty Crafted Cocktails, hand selected Spirits, Varietal Wines, and Latin American Lagers. Brothers Sebastien Thuriere, former international soccer player, and Maxim Thuriere, local entrepreneur, opened COPA in 2019 with hopes of curating a unique experience that reflects the cultural sensibilities of the brothers’ Haitian and French background and Central American influences growing up.
